Paths & Constellation

Every piece in the archive as a star, and each collection as the path it was written to be read along.

Each collection on this site is drawn here as a constellation.

The theory takes the shape of Orion: the four journals at its corners, the three companion papers as the belt. The On ——ing series turns outward as a spiral, from its first essay at the centre to its last at the rim. Turning Toward is the Plough, the scientific papers are Cassiopeia, and the short prose gathers like the Pleiades. Dotted lines cross between pieces whose bibliographies overlap — the places where one essay reaches for the same sources as another.

Point to a star, or tab to it, to see its title. Select it to read. Every star is also listed below, in reading order.
